Executive Director of Fayette Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to achieving sustainable, equitable growth in Lexington-Fayette County through land use advocacy, education and research. At Fayette Alliance, we: Advocate with local decision makers, elected officials, and community stakeholders for land use policies which responsibly grow our city and promote the farmland which anchors our identity and economy. Educate community members and policy-writers about how and why smart growth can improve quality of life for all of our neighbors and keep Lexingtonians informed on critical land-use issues that impact the way we live, work, and play. We bring in national and local experts for educational programming on topics including sustainability, transportation, infrastructure, economic development, agriculture, urban planning, and more.Fund independent research to provide objective data to support our advocacy work and inform decisions around land-use policy in Lexington-Fayette County, ensuring our community is led by data-driven policies and solutions.
