Brittany has 10 years experience teaching intuitive movement to ages 3-65. She has worked with students and teachers in public, private, charter and studio settings, from the US to Cambodia and Thailand. Her personalized curriculum offers a fusion of somatic healing techniques, yoga, dance therapy practices and trauma informed teachings to create space for deeper self reflection and connection. Brittany received her BA in Dance/Choreography from San Francisco State University and her 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa certification with All Yoga, an organization based in Thailand. She has also pursued 200 + hours in Yin Yoga with 5 Elements Wisdom Academy, and has obtained certificates/training in Yoga Nidra, Prenatal, Kids Yoga, Sound Healing, Holy Fire Reiki, Ganja Yoga and Mat Pilates. Brittany’s professional experience has a wide range of outlets including: choreography for schools and dance companies within California, danced professionally with Requisite dance, taught in yoga teacher training programs in Colorado and Thailand, written curriculum for mindfulness based programs, dance history and dance education for school aged kids and teachers, yin yoga and 200 hr YTT programs.
