I can help you with all of those things—and more. I am a Certified Sports Trainer, self-employed, who help athletes perform at their highest capability. I have over 10 years of experience, if you count me helping friends and teammates before becoming a professional. When getting things done in practice isn’t enough and you need someone to help you succeed outside of practice, I am the person to go to. My passion is to train all athletes, but my specialty is to train track and field sprinters and basketball players. Through experience, I have learned to master the skills to help you perform at a high level. I have won:• 6 state title in track and field 3 titles in the 100 meter dash and 3 titles in the 200 meter dashI have:• Lead my team as the captain and point guard to two finals I have even helped many athletes win state titles in sprints and also helped individuals from basketball teams help take their teams to win championships. As someone with a degree in Exercise Science, I am confident in my knowledge that I can help athletes of any sport succeed and make their game better.
