Business Relationship Manager - Record to ReportSAP S/4Hana (FICO) and Corporate Systems

- Lead Analyst/Process Expert on the Accounts Payable Automation project; Responsibilities include: documenting current AP processes, designing future-state solution in IBM Datacap and SAP, driving communication between vendors, end users, and developers, creation of end-user training documents, and prioritization of backlog items- Providing cross-functional support and coordination the yearly 1099 tax process, including: researching and testing SAP Notes required for yearly updates, gathering payment data recorded in third-party systems for mass upload and in SAP, performing configuration changes to set up new 1099NEC forms, and creation of SAP variants to print 1099 forms- Researching the FICO Module and standard SAP capabilities, including: review of standard configuration set up, documentation of COPA configuration, available standard SAP reporting, creation of custom SAP reports and TCodes

- Performing configuration changes and enhancements relating to the FICO Module, as well as relating changes needed in MM/PP and SD Modules; Providing other support functions for third-party applications in use - Working with banking partners (Bank of America, JP Morgan, and Wells Fargo) to test security updates, make changes to house bank account determinations in SAP, and troubleshoot issues with various transmissions to and from SAP- Assisted the EDI team in moving EDI transmissions into IBM’s cloud system, including resolving failed EDI transmissions in SAP by performing various changes and table updates, and tracking related SAP configuration changes

- Member of the Testing Workstream on Gallo’s SAP Implementation project. Responsibilities included: facilitating two daily testing status meetings, training project team members on how to properly document test scripts and results, providing solution coverage metrics to our internal Audit team, creating various reports for Executive team members, and working with Deloitte Consultants to drive the testing process- Gained extensive knowledge of HP ALM Test Management software, including: uploading Test Scripts, running manual Test Scripts, creating dashboards, exporting audit reports, and training other teams on how to use the software- Worked with over 100 different applications affected by the SAP implementation to help teams schedule and run Regression Testing, in order to validate that the applications would still work as expected after go-live- Gained a high-level understanding of each functional area of the business, including Finance, Supply Chain, Order to Cash, and Source to Pay- Helping the SAP Support teams triage and close help desk tickets logged in ServiceNow - Managing QA approvals throughout Gallo’s Tollgate process, in order to ensure Project Teams create necessary testing documentation, including: Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Testing Results for both Waterfall and Agile Projects- Working with Cognizant QA contractors to learn how to write and execute detailed Test Scripts

- Worked with business users to test and certify applications prior to the roll out of new Windows 10 PCs- Helped Gallo’s Contract Management System team clean up outdated records in backend tables, provision access to new employees, and update Help Desk scripts - Assisted the Sales Systems support team in creating new documentation on how Gallo uses and stores data received from the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association

- Acting as a liaison between students and faculty by offering guidance to students and attending student-faculty meetings. - Maintaining a Microsoft Access database with all records of student contact, and using this database to present reports to management at the University. - Assisting Students with University appeals and petitions in order to help them succeed in their educational pursuits. - Sitting on planning committees for University events.
