She has a passion for social justice and is doing an excellent analysis on the Third Wave of Feminism and Lauryn Hill’s song “That Thing.” She decided to pursue her academic work and write a challenging senior thesis paper. She was also a Fundraising Intern for The National Deaf Children’s Society in London, England where she studied abroad. While there she helped deliver a program of challenge events to raise money for NDCS, monitored and recorded press coverage, developed enquiry packs for international events and used the fundraising database to confidentially keep records.
