CurrentAs the Global Director of Customer Success at Site Ascend, I am dedicated to driving the success and growth of our esteemed clients across the globe. My daily responsibilities encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks, including:• Leading the deployment of outbound calling campaigns across North America, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.• Orchestrating the seamless onboarding process for our clients, ensuring their smooth transition into our ecosystem and setting the foundation for their success.• Partnering closely with our clients' Marketing Teams, leveraging expertise in Demand Generation, Channel Marketing, and Field Marketing to craft and execute well-defined go-to-market strategies.• Engaging in insightful discussions with our clients' Solution Engineers to gain a deep understanding of their value propositions as they pertain to targeted personas, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.• Developing visually engaging and intuitive dashboards that provide our clients with up-to-the-minute campaign metrics and actionable KPIs, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.• Meticulously mapping our clients' targeted accounts to existing accounts within Site Ascend's comprehensive data warehouse, ensuring precise targeting and effective lead generation.• Diligently reviewing each submitted meeting before it is sent to clients, meticulously matching prospects' titles to our clients' Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Reviewing technographic data and scrutinizing calendar invitations to ensure accurate alignment with our client's agendas.• Maintaining a seamless line of communication with our clients' Sales Teams, collaborating to define and ensure adherence to Site Ascend's meeting workflows.• Leveraging my deep understanding of our team's strengths and experience, strategically assigning campaigns to our talented Demand Generation Representatives (DGRs) to maximize their potential for success.
