As the Global Director of Customer Success at Site Ascend, I am dedicated to driving the success and growth of our esteemed clients across the globe. My daily responsibilities encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks, including:• Leading the deployment of outbound calling campaigns across North America, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.• Orchestrating the seamless onboarding process for our clients, ensuring their smooth transition into our ecosystem and setting the foundation for their success.• Partnering closely with our clients' Marketing Teams, leveraging expertise in Demand Generation, Channel Marketing, and Field Marketing to craft and execute well-defined go-to-market strategies.• Engaging in insightful discussions with our clients' Solution Engineers to gain a deep understanding of their value propositions as they pertain to targeted personas, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.• Developing visually engaging and intuitive dashboards that provide our clients with up-to-the-minute campaign metrics and actionable KPIs, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.• Meticulously mapping our clients' targeted accounts to existing accounts within Site Ascend's comprehensive data warehouse, ensuring precise targeting and effective lead generation.• Diligently reviewing each submitted meeting before it is sent to clients, meticulously matching prospects' titles to our clients' Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Reviewing technographic data and scrutinizing calendar invitations to ensure accurate alignment with our client's agendas.• Maintaining a seamless line of communication with our clients' Sales Teams, collaborating to define and ensure adherence to Site Ascend's meeting workflows.• Leveraging my deep understanding of our team's strengths and experience, strategically assigning campaigns to our talented Demand Generation Representatives (DGRs) to maximize their potential for success.

• Drive traffic, sales and profitability by supporting new category growth through compelling store changes which include strategic product placement, store floor plans and fixture development.• Maximize the use of storefronts by window concepts that are scalable, compelling, distinctive, brand-appropriate and cost-effective.• Ensure that the visual strategies and guidelines developed fully support both brand integrity and revenue goals.• Develop seasonal visual merchandising guides for both retail stores and wholesale accounts detailing visual presentation, sell down strategies and product flow.• Develop fixture designs and partner with Architect team to execute and produce for both retail and wholesale channels.• Support, train and develop all store visual merchandising leads.• Partner with Sales and Merchandising teams to ensure that the showroom is merchandised and presentable for sales presentations (during Market and as needed throughout the year) including all aspects of room set up and product display.

-Visual Merchandising Lead-Oversee and lead all new collection and product launches and case resets.-Work with Bangle Bar Event team- travel to different locations to set up, display and sell product, Implement new visual displays for customers to shop while keeping loss prevention in mind, set up visual displays in order to work with space given for each event. -Ensure the highest level of client services by assisting clients with concerns and exchanges. -Be the driving force behind Alex and Ani message of positive energy. -Assists in maintaining visual presentation standards and ensuring the store is replenished at all times. -Constantly upholds a neat, clean and organized store. -Constantly staying up-to-date on product knowledge of all new collections and core product lines.
