•Managed and provided leadership for 10 RSR's (route service representatives) and three full-time merchandisers in a mixed format district responsible for approximately 120 accounts and 9 million dollars in gross annual sales.•Prepared and made sales presentations to key and current target customers, supporting corporate growth objectives to increase sales volume, increase product visibility and execute product promotions.•Led District Meetings focused on the plan to achieve sales objectives and other goals.•Conducted 1:1 meetings weekly with RSR's to track performance targets and outline weekly sale objectives.•Coached and mentored RSR's on customer service processes to provide world-class selling opportunities, building loyalty to brands and maximizing customers revenues.•Participated in monthly safety committee calls for fleet safety procedures and ensure the safety of the Kansas City RSR's.

•Successfully completed route training for 8+weeks in small and large format stores.•Met sale and unsaleable plan on route.•Completed three weeks of company wide leadership training.•Lead a team of six RSR's in mini-district.•Beating sales plan YTD by $20,000.•Certified with Regional Vice President, preparing five large format grocery stores, showcasing space sold in and demonstration of leading my team.

Directed, evaluated, and fostered the progress of all Enactus (previously SIFE) teams (as determined annually) and participated in face-to-face, on-campus training programs, along with other communications and initiatives as needed, to help teams and faculty to continuously improve the quality of their program. I Interface with university deans, administrators, and their leaders as needed to support local Enactus USA teams. Helped run and coordinate regional and national competitions.
