In an ever-changing industry such as ours, oftentimes my responsibilities seem to reflect this characteristic as well. I am primarily an Account Manager, and I am thus responsible for the strategy behind my clients' SEO campaigns. My favorite accounts incorporate several online services because they allow me to be more creative with integrating our strategy across platforms. Aside from account management, I manage our SEO team to make sure we are up-to-date on the latest SEO practices. As SEO is the backbone of our company, we have to make sure we are consistently training and perfecting our techniques. I am also in charge of Leadgenix's internship program, which we hold three times annually. From selecting applicants to creating the coursework, this serves as the education branch of our company as well as the cross-training option for our employees.

As the SEO Manager, I was the liaison between the SEO Engineers and the Account Managers at Leadgenix. I conducted frequent on-site usability tests for our clients to recommend changes to enhance their SEO rankings, lead generation, and site conversions. I also created monthly reports to inform our clients of the progress their site had made.I trained new employees, and I helped with the company's internship program, which happens three times per year. We train our interns in all areas from SEO and social media to PPC and web design techniques. I was also in charge of developing the company's new certification program, which allows employees to attain different levels based on the performance of specific tasks and application of industry and company knowledge.Also, I was over the social media for our SEO team's site, thingstodoprovo.com. I built the social media presence to more than 400 Twitter followers and 50 Facebook fans before I was promoted.

As an SEO Engineer, I improved search engine rankings for more than 35 clients through on- and off-site link building activities. I create competitive keyword strategies for sites and landing pages using Google Adwords and Analytics, and performed on-site edits to improve both efficiency and rank. I also created monthly reports to track progress and recommended new strategies and areas of improvement I posted weekly to the Leadgenix company blog. I created optimized copy for new sites and landing pages, as well as created the meta titles and descriptions for several large companies' sites. Also, we launched a new web site as an SEO team and were ranked on the second page within the month.

As a Marketing Assistant for the Football, Women's Volleyball, Men's Basketball, and Baseball teams, I assisted with promotions before, during, and after athletic events. I was on the electronic media team for Men's Basketball, and we were in charge of increasing game attendance through Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube promotions. We also worked to promote the Cosmo Kids' Club through public events and sports camps.

As an intern at Leadgenix, I developed skills in SEO and social media strategies. I then integrated this knowledge in collaboration with clients to improve their SEO ranking.

During my time as a piano teacher, I taught more than 20 students over the course of four years. I developed personal teaching methods and techniques, as well as handled all finances and scheduling. I held recitals for the children to showcase their talent and improvement.
