In my prior role, I took the initiative to create a development program that supports the growth of 320+ managers. I was the critical HR partner who helped pilot a company-wide rollout that required daily HR navigation, development of routines, and leadership feedback. By delivering feedback, I can pinpoint the best course of action for implementing any company initiatives and create more efficient processes. I enjoy the simple things in life, like animals, cooking, and spending time outside. I love to travel and learn new things about unfamiliar places and cultures—a goal of mine is to get a new stamp on my passport each year, and outside of the travel restrictions due to the pandemic, I have been successful for the past ten years!
