All requests were to be handled in accordance with contract provisions, departmental standards, individual affiliate Partnership Agreements governing time service, and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) procedural guidelines. Applied the correct indexing schema to each document by indicating the correct company, department, account, folder, and policyholder name on each form and verified clarity of the image.

As a home visitor, I worked with families within the poverty guidelines to provide parent education about child development, education and nurturing relationships. Every week I visited with families to answer questions, share the weekly parent/child activity, and give the newest development information regarding their child's growth emotionally, physically and academically. Many families were with me for the duration of the program, pregnancy through three years old.As a home visitor, I also input data weekly about each visit, what was shared, handouts, activities, interactions, and noted anything the family needed.Along with my home visiting responsibilities, I was given the opportunity to complete a Motivational Interviewing Training that I later shared with my team of home visitors and organized our resource closet on a regular basis to allow for more efficient work.
