My career focuses on leading, directing, and strategizing to support post-secondary students with innovative programs and services. Equity and stewardship are at the core of my decision-making process. In Cleveland, my work and volunteer efforts connect talent with workforce opportunities, advocating for equity to drive success.Key Achievements:Oversight and Growth: Successfully expanded a department from 7 to 12 full-time roles, driven by a mindset focused on success and data-backed decision-making.People-Centric Approach: Dedicated to supporting students and colleagues, forging connections with employers, and enhancing Cleveland's workforce pipeline. Initiatives include the Elevate to Even+ Internships Program, Career Innovation Fund, and Kaplan All Access for test preparation success.Funding and Fundraising Success: Secured funding consistently, achieving a perfect 6/6 on foundation requests for student-centered funds. Established a recognized and award-winning fund for small gift fundraising.Grant Success: Identified and secured significant grants, including writing and winning a grant in 2023.Programming and Event Planning: Proven track record in organizing statewide and local conferences, programs, and events. I serve on the Leadership Council for the Cleveland Leadership Center, chairing the Alumni Committee, and mentor a student through College Now. As a Resident Ambassador for Cleveland and the Cleveland Talent Alliance, I engage with leaders across industries to promote civic engagement.Recognition includes the inaugural "We Are CSU" award by CSU Athletics and being named to Crain's Cleveland 40 Under 40 in 2020 are among some of my favorite accolades.In my personal life, I enjoy running races annually while raising four children, including triplets.
