I offer a transformative hospitality experience for Christian ministry leaders by providing a safe, nurturing and restorative environment where they can be refueled, restored and ready to return to work with fresh vigor and endurance.

I provided member care for Christian cross-cultural workers.

I developed online courseware for faith-based cross cultural workers. I designed custom graphics, produced digital training media, and administered training delivery via a Learning Management System.

I developed a network of partners desiring to support global Bible translation efforts through my Wycliffe ministry.

I developed media for both traditional classroom and e-learning courses. I designed lessons based upon appropriate adult learning strategies, built custom graphics, and provided voice narration. Additionally, I taught DDI leadership & management professional development to company supervisors.

I managed the training for employees who perform contracted helicopter maintenance for the US Army. I ensured all employees maintain compliance with company safety, ethics, and job-specific training standards. I scheduled on- and off-site training, taught classes, trained company trainers, and maintained records.

I was a traditional Reservist, working at least one weekend a month plus a two-week tour-of-duty per year. As a logistics officer, I was responsible for distribution management, materiel management, contingency operations, fuels management, airlift operations, and vehicle management. I also provided plan and program logistics support for wartime requirements.

I oversaw all technology matters for the District. I wrote long-range plans for integrating technology into curriculum. I purchased hardware and software. I oversaw and troubleshooted the network. I sought federal funding and made policy for technology use that complied with federal, state, and local mandates for child protection. I provided professional development for teachers. I assisted with daily computer and network troubleshooting.

I taught high school Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology, Web Mastering, Digital Graphics, and Yearbook.

I instructed 2nd Lieutenants at the Air & Space Basic Course. I taught classroom lessons on aerospace doctrine, leadership and management, teamwork, and military history. I also led and evaluated field leadership challenges, including confidence course, combination 3-mile run/teambuilding exercises, and wargames. I led daily physical training and calisthenics. I wrote lesson plans for a major course overhaul when the format of the school was shifted from 4 to 6 weeks.

I taught Chemistry, Biology, Physical Science (IPC), and Anatomy & Physiology.
