About Britt Burr, Rdt

I am proud to be the Creative Director of Barrier-Free where I am deeply committed to our mission of providing inclusive art, self-advocacy, and social programming for neurodivergent adults. My role involves leading initiatives that foster an environment where everyone, regardless of their abilities, can express themselves creatively and confidently.Barrier-Free envisions a world where inclusive programming models are integrated into all aspects of society, enabling individuals of all abilities to feel valued, respected, and acknowledged. Our work is centered on promoting respect, equity, creativity, and transparency, principles that I champion in every project and program we undertake.In my capacity as Creative Director, I strive to innovate and inspire, ensuring that our offerings not only empower but also resonate with the wider community. I am passionate about breaking down barriers and championing the belief that creativity has no limits. My goal is to pave the way for a more inclusive and understanding world, where the abilities of all are celebrated and nurtured.
