I am delighted to have joined InnerWill Leadership institute full time in March of 2022. I have worn two hats for a long time as a member of both the Luck Companies HR team and InnerWill teams. This change will allow me to focus more of my energy on sharing the impact of Values Based Leadership with organizations. I will continue to partner with the Luck Companies HR team to support some of my favorite leadership development programs within the business.

Luck Companies began its Values Based Leadership journey in 2003 by focusing on the culture within the organization. As the company experienced the significant impact of this work internally, we began sharing it with other organizations and leaders. Now, in collaboration with a community of VBL practitioners, the InnerWill Leadership Institute is launched to pursue our mission to develop better people, braver leaders, and a wiser world. -Facilitates Leadership Development and Organizational Development workshops with organizations and leaders.-Designs and implements programming to support organizations looking to make lasting culture change- Effectively utilizes tools including Insights Discovery, Situational Leadership II, Emotional Social Competency Inventory (ESCI)

Support the positioning of Luck Companies nationally and internationally to effect the global mission for Values Based Leadership (VBL). Support the development of a culture of leadership that supports the mission and business unit visions, strategies and long term financial success. Develop, facilitate, and support the leadership programs internally and externally to establish a globally recognized values based leadership programs. Coach and facilitate individuals and groups inside and outside of the organization.

Responsible for leading and supporting the individual, team and enterprise wide training and development initiatives of Luck Companies intended to advance the leadership, values and technical competencies of our associates in alignment with the stated corporate mission, vision, strategies and brands of the individual business units. Provide solutions and anticipate needs of the business units. Stay well informed and current about leadership development and organizational / team effectiveness. Lead the training and development team; have an appreciation for sustaining established best practices; provide cross functional support as needed while adding new components to enhance the HR department; and identify / track key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of development activities. Collaborate with others throughout the organization to identify, design / develop, deliver and implement learning solutions that support leadership, values and technical development, for delivery in real, virtual and blended learning environments. Source and manage contract resources and vendors as required on a project related basis.

As the training team leader at Luck Stone Corporation, I am responsible for meeting the training needs of the organization. Responsibilities include working with the Training and Development team to collaborate with business partners to assess and support training and development needs of the enterprise. I develop curriculum and training, facilitate large training sessions, work with departments and small teams, and do one-on-one coaching to support the development needs of the enterprise. I specialize in leadership development, team effectiveness and competency building for managers.

As a member of the Training and Development team, I facilitated training classes that educated and inspired associates. I collaborated in the development of training, worked with subject matter experts, researched new training topics, and prepared training materials. I built relationships with the business to understand better align our training offerings.

As the Leadership Coordinator in the Office of Student Affairs, I was responsible for helping individuals and student groups enhance their leadership skills. I conducted training sessions and worked with organizations to enhance their effectiveness. I was responsible for the leadership and service awards program to recognize outstanding leaders on campus. My responsibilities included marketing the program throughout the year, managing the application process, evaluating applications and planning the celebration event.
