I am a graduating senior at Kansas State University with aspirations of achieving a job within the field of Animal Science & Industry. While at Kansas State University I have had the privilege of participating on the Meat Judging Team and Meat Animal Evaluation Team where I learned countless skills and industry knowledge as well. Currently, I have gained valuable experience within the animal production world from growing up on a commercial cow/calf operation and raising show pigs through our family operation. Additionally, I have worked with and learned from numerous ranchers and other cattlemen from which I have received hands on experience that will benefit me later. Furthermore, I have gained marketing insight from past employers regarding livestock auctions. In the future, I hope to obtain a job within the cattle production field where I can successfully apply my knowledge and experience. I welcome a job where with challenges and opportunities to learn even more information regarding the cattle industry.
