I have 5 years of experience in Social Media and Communications but my passion lies in fundraising for non-profit organizations and using the power of communication to shape the views of the community around me. I seek to build strong, inclusive and empowered communities. My strengths lie in my ability to learn, adapt and connect in a way that empowers others to do the same. Constantly on the pursuit of growth both personally and professionally. Part time (but truly full time) artist which allows me to bring my creative and inspired worldview to all aspects of my career. The achievement I am most proud of is the development and coordination of a volunteer led Virtual Peer Support Initiative developed to combat the effects of isolation and loneliness brought forward by COVID-19 in Parkland County. The experience that I have gained in grant writing, program development and volunteer coordination is invaluable and will allow me to continue pursuing my goal of community building during this collective adversity.
