Developed interactive coursework focused on user research, brainstorming, systems design, UX design, design thinking, project management, storytelling, and communications. Mentored students as they executed projects for real-world clients (mostly environmental nonprofits).

Interviewed product managers, designers, regulatory staff, and clinicians to create an interactive playbook that defines the process for developing and launching new products in telehealth, hospital, and home health contexts. Worked cross functionally with patient-facing product, sales, and marketing teams to develop current-state journey maps outlining the patient care experience to identify inconsistencies and pain points across care delivery products.
