At the Deloitte Academy we develop and organize executive training for organizations, management & leadership in all sectors. Responsible for the strategy and finances of Deloitte Academy, overseeing our portfolio of trainings and leading the team.

Institute for International Research (IIR) organizes conferences, training courses and workshops for business professionals in the Netherlands, focused on sharing knowledge, improving skills and networking within respective professional communities.As marketing manager of the Industry segment I was responsible for putting together the complete marketing campaign for each and all the programs in the portfolio, as well on- as offline, using the right mix of media communication tools to reach the right target audience and generate as much paid participants to the conference as possible. I was also responsible for the yearly marketing plan for the segment, managing the marketing budget, analyzing ROI of the campaigns and overseeing telesales activities.

As a conference manager I was responsible for developing knowledge-based and commercially viable conference and training programs, managing these projects from idea phase up to the actual event. On a daily basis I spent my time staying up-to-date on new market developments, building a network on board level, doing market research among experts and target audiences, and inviting speakers. In my time as a conference manager (both for Euroforum in Eindhoven and IIR in Amsterdam) I worked in the fields of infrastructure, energy and industry.

Summer internship on voluntary basis. Responsible for coordination of ticket sales of more than 150 performances and handling customer service. The Canal Festival (Grachtenfestival) is a 10 day festival with classical music concerts at various remarkable locations throughout Amsterdam.After this internship I travelled through Thailand for 1 month.

Responsible for project management and strategic analysis of broad portfolio of innovative clean tech projects for Dutch public-private business platform;Conducting individual interviews with project coordinators and directors, evaluating business potential of technologies, setting up action plan to stimulate business development and making recommendations to Steering Committee.

Working on several advisory assignments for leading European industries and public authorities in open innovation and sustainability; o.a. practical experience in submission of European FP7 proposal and supporting analysis of innovation policy instruments for the government of North Brabant (NL).

Responsible for development of conferences, courses and seminars in the field of education in the Netherlands. During this traineeship I developed two two-day conferences and one 5-day seminar. My first ever developed conference was considered a big succes, generating over 100 participants. After my internship I travelled through Latin-America for 4 months.
