Ticketing Coordinator
Current-Build & manage multiple festival ticketing pages at once-Work on multiple events at any given time (backend & on-site ops)- Including building/managing - Ticket types, tiers, tier flipping, capacities,password banks, shipping types, sales, etc.- Create ticket faces and release Digital Tickets within certain time frame- Work very closely with Front Gate Tickets, Resident Advisor, and Ticket Web.- Calculate fee's according to company needs- Uploads all visual assets to Ticketing pages to create a presentation thatmakes sense to attendees- Track fulfillment for on-site needs (wristbands, parking passes, shuttlepasses, decals, etc.)- Manage on-site Box Office/ Will Call/ Ticket Help operations- Set up all Box Office equipment on-site and know how to troubleshoot all.(i.e. chromebooks, scanning devices, 2-D guns)- Do all staffing and hiring for shows including constant interviewing- Work with festival producers, etc. to properly execute Ticketing opson-site.- Do all advancing for on-site needs as well as cred advancing- Manage setting up all travel & accomodations for on-site leads
