As a Change Management Manager at Apex Systems, I apply my analytical and change skills to help clients transform their business processes and systems. I have been working in this role since Aug 2022, after completing a short-term contract as a Sr Business Analyst at Government, where I supported the implementation of a new IT system. I graduated from University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology in 2022, which gave me a solid foundation in human behavior and motivation. I am passionate about facilitating change that improves efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction. I have experience in leading change initiatives, conducting stakeholder analysis, designing change strategies, and delivering training and communication. I am also proficient in various change management tools and methodologies, such as ADKAR, Kotter, and Prosci. I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams, and I always strive to learn and grow as a change professional.
