I am the liaison between the tenant and the investors. I am responsible for all notices (rent increases, parking enforcement, evictions, utility changes, and late notices). I file insurance claims pertaining to any property damage.

I worked in the corporate office in the competitive, fast past call center for Verizon Wireless. Majority of the work consist of resolving problems by clarifying desired information while completing a mass amount of research. This was in efforts to provide the correct information and resolution to all customers. Working for Verizon Wireless I was obligated to take on 30 cases within a day over a period of 7 hours. With each case I was consistent with establishing business values and building revenue. The caseload included task that fulfilled request from each customer, completing transactions, document the account with the appropriate notes, and recognizing opportunities to up sell accounts. Multitasking is essential for holding the position I did because as a customer service and tech representative I was expected to resolve each customer call within about 20 min. Verizon holds true to statistical results and everything is accounted for.
