I am Expanded Functions Dental assistant with 6 years of experience in the dental field . I have worked 5 chair side and about 1 year if front office , scheduling , going over treatment plans and more. Prior to getting into dental , I have 10 + years working a combination between my role as a CNA/CMA working in nursing facilities and assisted living homes. . I have experience in 911 emergency dispatchers for a year before I relocated from a small town to the Kansas City area. I am a very compassionate, dedicated individual who can empathize with others and click well with anyone I meet. I enjoy helping others in anyway I can . I have experience in retail and customer service as well . Im confident in anything And everything I do with the motivation and dedication to to succeed. I am hoping to broaden my dental knowledge in a front office position to obtain knowledge and skill set needed to be an awesome dental office manager one day . I feel I have leadership and patience and want to not only help our patients get the care they deserve but to also help maintain a good working relationship and flow among the office and staff and see to it we continue to grow and gain knowledge needed to be successful dental practice . Because everyone is a winner and has the ability to be better tomorrow than what we were today .
