Current•Academic Advisor servicing The University of Arizona Global Campus•Student case load management of 400-450 undergraduates pursuing a Bachelors degree •Counsel students on degree requirements and potential opportunities to enhance education while assisting them to graduation•Identify individual student areas of opportunity in areas such as time management, technical skills, or classroom proficiency, and provide them with available resources to improve student success•Maintain active engagement with students through effective and personalized communication, while assessing student’s likelihood of success and service level needed•Collaborate with faculty and staff on strategies to promote student success• Strengthen the company culture and community by planning numerous engaging activities for Denver and remote employees as a member of the Denver Master of Ceremonies• Encourage a culture of development between team members• New hire mentor to enhance the development of on-boarding of job roles and responsibilities
