Quality Receiving Coordinator:Received incoming materials and verified product for conformance.HACCP CertifiedConduct thorough multi-step inspections of incoming materials to determine the proper disposition of the material based on manufacturer specifications and federal regulations.Review material and retain any required documentation, including COA (Certificate of Analysis), approved artwork, PO (Purchase Order), BOL (Bill of Lading), SDS (Safety Data Sheet), and product certifications.Sense of urgency and flexibility with changing schedules and business processes, adjusting priorities as needed.Sending out raw material and finished good samples for analytical and purity testing according to the approved specifications, including dietary supplements.Shipping customer samples in a timely manner, ensuring the proper billing and delivery.Quality Technician 2:Verifying CCPs (Critical Control Points) including seam checks, pasteurization verification, and organoleptic properties to ensure product quality and safety.Training and enforcing cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)Pulling of environmental samples, ensuring the cleanliness of the manufacturing facility and sending out for the required testing.Analytical testing with lab equipment, including: Brix, pH, TA, CO2, DO, AW, ID.Verifying and recording regular calibration of equipment.File, organizing and storage of documents, including BMRs, COAs, sanitation, etc.
