As a substitute teacher, I foster a positive learning environment by implementing tailored lesson plans and boosting student participation through interactive methods. I partner with faculty for educational consistency, ensuring student well-being during sessions. I report student performance to teachers, utilize classroom tools effectively, and review lesson plans for seamless execution.

I oversaw personnel management, coordinated student activities and schedules, and addressed the individual developmental requirements of students. I created a nurturing and secure educational atmosphere where students felt supported and engaged in their learning journey.

As a student teacher, I facilitated differentiated content to meet the needs of every learner, working one-on-one with struggling students including ELLs and those with IEPS. I incorporated cultural and personal background knowledge into all of my lesson plans, ensuring relevance and inclusivity.
