As a devoted Yogini, I have made the move to spread this yogic consciousness, by transforming from a studio owner to a studio seeker. Focusing on teaching workshops, leading retreats of yoga and wellness, and looking forward to hosting a Teacher Training in 2013. Ashtanga is the root of all Practice as Patanjali expounds in his Yoga Sutras and believe sharing the knowledge of this book to all "yoga" practitioners is my Dharma.

I am the license holder for Crosby Development, a small family owned business in St. Augustine FL. I received my Certified General Contractors License in 2005, and have been remodeling, building, and selling.

I opened a yoga Studio finally!!! Its on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Florida. We are an Ashtanga/Power/Vinyasa studio! Our space hold up to 18 people and we like it warm!!!
