In this roll, I assist in development, planning, coordinating and administering training for new and existing front office employee

In this position, I am responsible for patient registration, insurance verification and appointment scheduling. I also initiate request for referrals to the referral coordinator.

Providers look to Doctor Plus Credentialing to enable them to become credentialed and plan fee negotiations with different managed care organizations. In my role, I initiate the credentialing process with each managed care organization the provider is interested in participating with. I follow up and provide status reports for where they are in the process and see the provider all the way through to the "in network status".

I answered inbound calls regarding banking and and account reconciliation.

I answered inbound calls for American Express. I aided clients in the servicing and redemption of American Express rewards points as well as general customer service.
