Guest Service was number one in this position. I was there to anticipate and fulfill the guest needs. Answering phones and using the proper hold technique when applicable, as well as checking people in and out of the system. I also was assigned tasks for downtime, such as straightening up the lobby, stocking our gift shop, and preparing packages for future arrivals.
