As a part of the Cross-Functional Solutions Analytics team I am assisting in the build of our Technical Services Data Warehouse in SSMS. Currently using Alteryx Gallery and Server to build automated workflow processes that extract, transform, and load data from disparate data sources including Oracle, SQL, SAP, SharePoint, and FTP. Our team leverages Azure DevOps to track and delegate projects based on individuals skill sets. I build analytics reports using Power BI and R, and am currently working on a POC for Anomaly Detection using Microsoft Cognitive Services and Python.

As an Analytics Intern on the Sales Operations team, I assisted each member with on-going CRM Implementation monitoring projects. In addition to collaborating with the project management team, I developed iterative processes that consolidated advertising data from various sources within the data architecture in order to create dashboard visualizations. Salesforce administrative tasks within my role included assisting the Sales Operations team with the monitoring of Salesforce Lightning Experience CRM Rollout through user training, bug patches, and user interface improvements using APEX code. For insights into data integrity, I helped to design and perform Ad hoc reporting on customer information, product information, and budget planning for Sales Operations. I also assisted the developers in creating test plans and executing testing within Alteryx to validate accuracy of the new CRM processes. Through the implementation of a CRM System that meets the company's needs on a holistic level, we developed methods to streamline aggregation and delivery of vital Sales Operation analyses.

As the Fiscal Intern, I prepared financial statements and other related reports, entered monthly journal entries, and reconciled general ledger accounts. I researched members to verify processing and information in their benefit accounts are in accordance with LASERS Policies and Regulations. I performed routine data entry into financial accounting and retirement management systems and record retention of Fiscal documents to include filing and imaging, and I developed and test procedures, processes, and reports. I also maintained agency supply inventory as well as record retention of financial information and reports regarding inventory.

As lead student worker, I managed the LSU Real Estate Department including Alumni Relations, the LSU Real Estate Student Resume Book, and student job placement. I assisted students in developing resumes, improving LinkedIn accounts, and learning proper networking techniques. I also assisted professors in Real Estate Research and managed the department in general administrative areas of filing, organizing, and monitoring resources.
