•Answer phone calls routed through a queue system to assist customers with placing orders, tracking orders, and providing product information

• This was a part time, temporary assignment through Aliyah staffing for the human resources and sales tax departments. For HR, I made badges for employees, conducted interviews, processed new hire paperwork, and completed verifications of employment. For the sales tax department, I mostly filed paperwork and used excel to help file tax returns.
