Supervise five professional staff members and manage the events team responsible for all domestic recruitment and yield events, ranging from small off-campus yield events of 20 to large scale on campus events of 2000+ attendees. Develop and implement strategic recruitment and yield efforts for women every year. This includes serving as a liaison to the Center for Women and Business and the newly formed Gender and Sexuality Student Programs Office, plan and execute specialty events, chair the Women’s Leadership Program selection committee, etc. Oversee our application review and selection process and chair the admission committee. Maintain traditional day to day admission counselor responsibilities as it pertains to travel, file review, yield, and visitor center responsibilities.

In addition to previous responsibilities, supervised two professional staff members and managed the Admission Fellow program, which included the supervision and training of 13 undergraduate and graduate student interviewers. Responsible for the recruitment and enrollment efforts of undergraduate students through travel, interviews, follow-up communications, etc. Planned and executed a new yield event for women which resulted in an approx. 70% yield compared to approx. 27% overall. Managed all social media accounts for the Undergraduate Admission Office and served as a member of the marketing team. Grew the Twitter presence by 400% and introduced an Instagram account, while maintaining Facebook. Also created and managed student blogger program. Served as regional leader for the New England and Midwest regions, providing thought leadership and strategic management for recruitment efforts in those territories. Conducted information sessions in front of 200+ visitors, admission interviews, application review, served as counselor of the day, and a member of the admission committee.

Identified, recruited, and enrolled students from CT, RI, and MA most likely to benefit from a Wentworth education. Acted as Social Media Coordinator, specifically planning and executing social media campaigns and served as a member of the university’s web content committee. Communicated with prospective students and parents in person and via telephone, email, and direct mail, acting as a resource throughout the entire admissions process. Conducted information sessions, campus tours, and application evaluations. Coordinated and managed recruitment and yielding events, including regional receptions, summer preview events, etc. Acted as a liaison to the Management and Facilities Management department to build relationships between departments and worked together to promote programs. Instructed first year seminar class of 25 students, addressing transitional issues and ensuring success for first year students
