I have been at this store with this company for a long time, I got promoted just this past year. Customer Service is what I'm great at, I've been in retail since I graduated High School. I enjoy all the responsibilities and the fast paced parts of my job; from customer service issues, to billing issues, making sure our cashier's are following the standards set by corporate, online orders and pick ups, along with closing and opening procedures. Multi tasking is a must with my position and working with all my cashier's and department managers with my assistant managers, I have a great supportive team behind me. I have been with this store for so long and have worked with the same associates for years, they have become like family to me. I'm at work more then I am anywhere else, and enjoying the people I work with just makes my job a lot easier and a lot of fun.

I got familiar with Roger Reviews, Roger's Hearings, along with impound documents. Scanning documents for the court and finalizing Roger Review files for the judges. Filing all cases, adoption, domestic, probate and estate.
