As an independent coach I was responsible for virtually running my own business. I was constantly managing my time, my marketing efforts, my organizational skills and customer service. I helped others set and achieve personal goals while being a constant motivator for them to succeed.

Daily projects I managed:1. Updating employee's medical and personal files/ Filing original copies.2. Reviewing applicants files, correcting their entrance exams and reaching out to their references.3. Conducting DPH and Fraud searches on applicants.4. Calling applicants and checking their progress in the hiring process.5. Sitting in on new hire orientations to observe how they are facilitated.

Working at State Street Global Advisors as an intern is certainly not like being an intern anywhere else! My time here was extremely informative and I have learned more than imagineable about the industry and myself. The projects I managed were the following:1. Data Entry2. ONYX (CRM Database) scrubbing3. Profile Management- updated investment professionals' profiles4. Copy edited/ proof read the Investment Quarterly Report and an AD for marketing5. Researched Company names and updated database for investment professionals entered through lead generation campaigns6. Created spreadsheets for data to be updated7. Processed and organized returned direct mail pieces and packaged them for our data entry company8. Attended high-level strategy and marketing meetings9. Proactively organized meetings with other members of the marketing group10. Researched professionals' emails to update CRM database11.
