As the content manager, I'm responsible for the content marketing strategy, inbound efforts and all website content generated for and by Destination Cleveland, under the direction of the Managing Editor. In this role, I help foster appealing materials that will attract and retain traffic through targeted channels, including the website and in email communications. I'm also accountable for ensuring that Destination Cleveland’s content initiatives are inclusive and reflective of Cleveland’s under-represented communities (communities of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, etc.) through daily implementation while continually optimizing its success with innovative formats, data and lessons learned.+ Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies and marketing campaigns that align with Cleveland’s overall brand and business direction+ Create inclusive content that is reflective of Cleveland’s under-represented communities, including people of color, LGBTQIA+, and people with disabilities+ Monitor and report on content performance metrics using data insights for improvement.+ Manage and train a team of writers to develop relevant, branded content across distribution channels+ Collaborate across departments to coordinate digital marketing projects
