In my career experience, I’ve learned that in order to succeed in your work, one needs to enjoy their work. I am genuinely energized by the minute details and organization in the office. Motivated by effective and harmonious communication, I approach my work in an administrative setting with extensive detail, planning, and organization. My ideal work environment is fast-paced, and gives me the opportunity to prove my value to my team. I work well in solitude or as part of a team. I thrive in roles with a lot of autonomy. After years of experience in office settings, I've learned that I fit into any workplace where direct management is accountable for their actions and strives for personal growth and workplace evolution. Actions speak louder than words and in the current workplace climate, that statement has never been more true.
