-Oversee the staff in the property manager’s absence. -Work closely with both the resident relations manager and the leasing manager to achieve optimum occupancy. -Responsible for providing exceptional service to residents, future residents and internal team members. -maintain the bookkeeping for the community, disperse legal documentation, assist in the marketing efforts, assist in budget meetings/processes, and also contribute to the leasing process.
