Prepare meals, clean home; go through bath and bedtime routine, transfers, change catheters and colostomies. Go on errand runs, dog walks, do laundry, provide medications, perform therapies, etc.

Prepare lesson plan, teach class with other instructors or alone, learn skills through training videos, clean up gym for closing or opening. Run birthday parties and serve food.
