-Assist Pharmacists with medication filling and distribution of completed orders to inpatient and soon to be discharged patients; -Perform IV preparations using aseptic techniques; - Pull medications from the shelves for the MedDispense refill and deliver to med stations on nursing floor; -Inventory control: ordering, stocking, rotating and pulling expires; print out daily reports for billing department; -Compile weekly analgesic list for Pharmacist; collect returns and charge credits to patients;-Compound specialty items: creams, oral solutions, and inhalations; maintain accurate records on products compounded and prepare appropriate labels; -Handle missing dose requests and MAR reprints; -Accurately fill departmental requisitions and, crash cart medications trays; -Repackage medications for impatient prescriptions and answer phones.

- Assist Pharmacists with medication filling and distribution of completed orders to inpatient and soon to be discharged patients;- Pull medications from the shelves for the Pyxis refill and deliver to the various med stations and intensive care units;- Print out various daily reports that are used to restock medications below par in Pyxis med stations;- Knowledge of and ability to compound or repackage medications for impatient prescriptions, oral solutions and IV doses. Maintain accurate records on products compounded and prepare appropriate labels;- Accurately fill departmental requisitions and, crash cart medications trays;- Provide for maintenance of drug inventory which can include ordering drugs and supplies, and restocking shelves;- Perform IV preparations using aseptic techniques.

- Perform chemo and IV preparations using aseptic techniques;- Dispense and deliver antibiotics. medications and controlled substances;- Stock daily and supplemental medications and controlled substances to Omnicell on nursing floors;- Compound specialty items: creams and oral solutions;- Handle missing dose requests and MAR reprints;- Link orders to patient profile in que;- Compound bulk IV fluids;- Collect returns and charge credits to patients;- Inventory control; ordering, stocking, rotating and pulling expires;- Answer phones;- Use automatic packager to unit dose.
