As a concierge, I answer calls, respond to emails, and respond to guests via live chat. I book reservations for the following restaurants: LAVO Italian Restaurant, Beauty & Essex, Hakkasan, and Tao Asian Bistro. I also assist in selling tickets and tables for the following clubs: Omnia, Hakkasan, Jewel, Liquid, Wet Republic, Marquee Nightclub/Dayclub, Tao Nightclub/Tao Beach, and LAVO party brunch. An accomplishment I made was getting #2 in sales while still in my 90 days!

I started off at Sam’s Club as a cashier. After 3 months of that position, I was offered a “promotion” to be a personal shopper. I would shop for 2-3 people at a time if the orders were a decent size. Associates would take turns dispensing, which means taking out the orders to member’s cars loading and organizing the order into the member’s car.

As a captioning agent, I captioned calls for the deaf and hard of hearing. We would get tested on calls to make sure we were captioning our calls as accurately as possible. I worked at the office for a while until I got approved for working from home.

I worked at multiple locations assisting management with running shifts for the day. I was usually flexible with my schedules so I would open, work mids, and also close. Shift leads had specific responsibilities such as making sure the crew members were doing what they needed to be doing, counting down drawers to ensure money was being collected and handed out correctly, counting inventory, and making sure all food safety precautions were being taken.
