During my role as a Digital Marketing Manager, I developed and implemented digital-led programs, cross-functional campaigns, and day-to-day management of New U Life's technical marketing channels. In collaboration with New U Life's VP of Marketing, acted as the New U Life Digital Marketing Manager overseeing all digital channels, such as, SMS, app, e-commerce, and web development. In addition, supported all digital and online promotions via retargeting campaigns, drip-campaigns, win-back campaigns, segmentation, email automation, and smart trigger to ensure the highest customer conversion rate. I also managed, mentored, and trained the International Marketing Coordinator to ensure they had all of the necessary tools and training to excel within their own role.

Within my role, I engaged in a diverse range of responsibilities that showcased my expertise in marketing, communication, and design. Using the Adobe Creative Suite, I crafted customized sales materials aligning with the company's newly designed brand standards. I cared for the company's digital reputation by monitoring and responding to Google reviews to maintain a positive digital reputation. In addition, I assisted in the rebranding of the entire marketing library of resources so that the new branding could be incorporated seamlessly. In addition, I redesigned, wrote, and published the monthly newsletter using ActiveCampaign. My creative skills extended to the realm of multimedia as I created and edited impactful video content, further contributing to the company's visual narrative. My strategic approach shone through as I strategized the social media content and engagement tailored with specific goals in mind across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Additionally, I lent my photography skills to capture and refine monthly company headshots. Overall, during my time here I produced a large number of projects in support of the Alpha Warranty sales team as well as their agents and dealers to keep up with the constant flow of project demand for Alpha branded materials.
