I am responsible for managing the sales of all Xbeyon and DentalTek products. This includes working to develop plans to hit and exceed national sales goals and increase our customer base. I maintain and continue to establish strong relationships with customers and lead a team of account executives

As the Channel Development Manager, CDM, I am focused on the revenue growth of our partners. I take a holistic approach. First, I make sure to understand my partner’s business and value proposition, looking to gain insight for our software’s position in the offering. I bring a problem solving approach to every challenge by seeking to understand the what, why and how of the situation. Education, training and support are essential for the success of my partners. I manage from a position of strength gained from my frontline experience and comprehension of the existing workflows in the practice. Partnership is a shared commitment built on strong communication and common goals.

I generate and maintain relationships with professionals in the dental industry to market equipment, construction and software.

I market the Biophotonic Scanner to medical professionals and train medical staff on how the device is used and implemented into their patient’s care. I also set up billing for the practice and on an individual basis.

As founder of Scrappy Notes, I created a business that offered personalized and uniquely designed notepads sold through stores, home parties and on-line. Over time I added 12 additional lines of paper products and successfully manufactured and wholesaled my stationery designs to over 350 stores nationwide. I earned a reputation in the stationery industry of dependability and excellent customer service & created a successful online web presence by selling direct on my stationery website. In December of 2014 I sold Scrappy Notes and entered into a licensing agreement on my intellectual property.

I led marketing initiatives for the company’s booth at trade shows across the country.
