As an Elementary Music Teacher for Kindergarten through Sixth grade, my primary responsibility is to introduce and develop musical concepts in young students. The role involves designing and delivering a brand-new program with age-appropriate lessons that cover a wide range of musical topics, including rhythm, melody, harmony, and musical expression.

I taught 6th-grade language arts to a group of about 90 students. With this age group, developing a stable environment and building strong relationships with my students have been highlights of the year. My dedication to their personal and educational growth was recognized when I was awarded Teacher of the Month in February.

During this five-week summer program, I taught the kindergarten age group. My role as a dual teacher consisted of teaching all the core subjects on a daily basis, along with leading an art class. This position really helped me further my classroom management skills and deepen my love for this age group.

I loved the opportunity to student teach high school Social Studies at my Alma Mater! As an aspiring educator, I received guidance on drafting lesson plans, learned classroom management, and developed a solid foundation to build my teaching career from.

This office admin and receptionist position saw me overseeing a variety of responsibilities, including managing billing, customer service, and client management. I enjoyed working with this accounting firm and appreciated the opportunity it gave me to further develop new skills.
