Senior Shared Services Coordinator
CurrentResponsible for completion of all customer onboarding documentation including but not limited toSupplier questionnaire documents, Certificate of Insurance, W9, banking forms, Customer Portalsetup, etc.● Responsible for consultant paperwork and onboarding. This would include but is not limited to,facilitating employee background checks and drug testing, collecting client-specificdocumentation, employment agreements, tax forms, Form I-9, processing e-verification, etc.● Responsible for all Statement of Work and Purchase Order collection and tracking● Work with Account Manager and directly with customer on PO renewals and issue resolution● Responsible for data entry and maintenance of employee new hire and customer invoicingrequirements including but not limited to employee compensation, benefits, PTO/Holiday,PO/SOW alignment, etc.● Processing changes in employee and billing information● Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure proper invoicing on a weekly/monthly basis● Partner with Accounts Receivable to troubleshoot any invoicing errors or rejections● Provide first point of contact and excellent customer service for consultant and customer supportand problem resolution (onboarding, contract employee payroll, benefits, etc.)● Responsible for reporting and auditing consultant and customer information as necessary● Participate in meetings with Account Managers for coordinating and creating onboarding processand procedures● Review all CRM information to ensure compliance with customer requirements prior to approvingplacements● Maintain strong compliance to policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws with anoverall focus on data quality and record keeping.● Responsible for reviewing and processing consultant offboarding which may include but is notlimited to data entry of termination information, facilitation of equipment returns, distribution ofapplicable notices, etc.
