System Support Engineer
Current- Supports the applications, systems and users associated with DHL’s Automated Sort Facilities - responsible for providing technical expertise with respect to leading-edge IT auto sort technologies and driving problem resolution with technically complex software& integration solution in a time critical environment- Application support for DHL global auto sort systems, including SATS, Tier2, SCADAEscalation and problem recovery management with application vendors / ITS / RACC supportSupport monthly security patching and software updates- Drive Problem resolution with vendors / ITS for open issues- Technical Quality assurance and testing for solution within the scope of the domain- Develop documentation and processes associated with applications- Support site deployment activities when needed
