Momoyoga is a Dutch SaaS company creating management software for yoga studios – since 2016, they’ve supported 4,000 yoga teachers, served 450,000 yogis, and facilitated $80 million in purchases.Along with being a yogi-preneur and a user of Momoyoga for my own yoga business, I brought years of engineering experience. I drew on my critical thinking skills, love for solving problems, analyzing data, optimizing processes, and working with people. Responsibilities include:- Customer liaison: I constantly communicated with our international customers (yoga studio owners and teachers), answering software and business strategy questions, supporting their onboarding process, and collecting product-related feedback via phone calls and email support. - Content creator: I created help center articles, guides, website one-pagers, marketing, and product-related email campaigns, social media posts, and ads.- Data fanatic: My projects were data-focused, such as evaluating and forecasting various pricing structures and monthly churn customer data. These were ever-evolving analyses that drove future customer success projects and software product improvements. During my final weeks, I explored how we could use Python and machine learning to predict when customers would churn. - Process optimizer: I have an affinity for organization and processes, which aids in making the work efficient, effective, and scalable. I created and optimized processes for churn customer evaluations, offboarding workflows, and localization tasks (translating the software and marketing materials into various languages.) Additionally, I managed freelance translators.

I’ve held various in-office roles, including acquisitions and asset (reservoir) engineer. I’ve also spent significant time in the field, overseeing production operations. Most recently, I managed our Permian Basin assets (~400 out of 600 operated wells) and have handled ±$150 million-dollar field-wide drilling and completion projects (annually). Responsibilities include:- Asset engineer: I acted as a lead point of contact for the asset for various stakeholders (engineers, geologists, operations, health and safety, finance staff), obtained deep knowledge and understanding of the entire field/well history, monitored field-wide oil, gas, water production data, identified wells with downhole issues or failures, ran economic sensitivities based on ever-changing commodity price, development plans, and schedules, created visualization tools and optimized workflows for data sharing and transparency to improve efficiency across different offices, mentored new hires, interns, engineering technicians, worked with our third-party consultants to enhance workflows, implement new software, and built dashboards on the new interface.

I am familiar with oil and gas downstream equipment and processing facilities, spent significant time on drilling and completion (frac) operations, worked with field staff to ensure procedures are done safely, efficiently, and within budget, and conducted post-job lookbacks and cost analyses with vendors to discover ways to streamline processes, decrease downtime, and reduce unnecessary spending.
