CurrentLifestyle mixologist, showing visitors how to mix things up in Oxnard, California.• Development of annual strategic and reporting documents including MarketingPlan and Annual Report and presentation to City Council, per TMD bylaws.• Oversight of all vendor contracts, development of scope of work, coordination of invoices, optimization of campaigns and review of reporting and anayltics.• Ideation and execution of branding campaigns and full-funnel integrated marketing,leveraging industry collaborations to maximize return on ad spend.• In collaboration with the President & CEO, fiscal year and mid-year budget preparationaligned with annual marketing strategy and tracking of budgeted items toensure timely execution and payment of projects.• Direct oversight of Multicultural & Digital Marketing Manager role, including annualperformance review and appraisal; leadership of full team, managing teammeetings and performance, in the absence of the President & CEO.• Participation in boards and committees with industry partners at Ventura CountyLodging Association, Central Coast Tourism Council, California Travel Association,Visit California, U.S. Travel and Destinations International.• Community relations and stakeholder engagement, assisting the President &CEO with Board development and curating support for Visit Oxnard’s mission.• Service as a brand ambassador and face of the organization, with delivery ofmessage points in interviews and media appearances, shaping the perceptionof Oxnard, building awareness and driving visitation.
