I work as a consultant for Family Voices United and their current campaigns. Their work is dedicated to ensuring those with first-hand experience are given the opportunity to be involved in reform, be a part of the decision making and their expertise is seen as essential to all work in the child welfare space. The board is composed of 20 people, with equal.

I work in partnership with other lived experts, child welfare advocates, and 16 national organizations, who are actively working to promote anti-racist transformation in the national child welfare system. This collaborative effort is achieved through policy recommendations, community awareness events, developing assessment tools and strategic plans.

This is the Apple Health Core Connections Community Advisory Committee. Apple Health Core Connections (AHCC) is a medical and behavioral health care coverage program for youth in foster care, youth in out-of-home placements and/or alumni in and out of extended foster care. We also have a small cohort of unaccompanied refugee minors that we cover as well as.

University of Washington's School of Social Work's advisory committee for a project in collaboration with DCYF and SDM Consulting. It’s a project focused on a systems assessment to identify gaps in services for young people who have been part of extended foster care (EFC).

I served to provide federal stakeholders with relevant and timely information as policies and procedures are created that will affect children and families throughout the country. As a Council member I represented a collective viewpoint of youth and alumni who have experienced the child welfare system first-hand.
