About Brittney Mims, Pt, Dpt

After graduating with my Doctorate from NYU and gaining experience while working in the field, I opened Mims Method Physical Therapy in 2019. Mims Method PT is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in performing arts medicine and Pilates for rehab. I'm very proud that in January 2023 we opened a brand new, beautiful clinic in NoMad, expanding our ability to help our patients. Mims Method PT has numerous contracts treating backstage on Broadway, regularly assist off-Broadway and theater workshops, and present on injury prevention. We serve a variety of patients including dancers, Broadway cast & crew, professional athletes, and weekend warriors.
