My contributions supported brought in $100,000 for DLI • Managed Silver Bells in the City which is both a community event and fundraiser. This event drew over 100,000 community members and raised over $200,000. Specifically, I planned a state wide televised parade which required 11 months of planning and included parade public relations, float selection and participant communication coordination• Manage $300,000+ annually in sponsorship funds, maintain sponsorship goals, successfully increase sponsorship income, and cultivate sponsorship relationships • Write grant applications and actively search for grants to increase future project funding • Oversee and manage budget of $800,000+ including budget creation, accounting reconciliation, cash flow statements and projected budgets and present monthly summaries to board of directors • Spearhead wayfinding system development by partnering with stakeholders and local government to create and fund a $500,000+ project• Devise and implement community development strategies including business recruitment, beautification projects, and place making design • Supervise government contracted work
