Development of new jobs, job descriptions, career progression and succession planning of all client groups. • Acted as the primary business partner for the Chief Operations Officer and VP of Corporate Operations on developmental phase of new brand/division of TMX Finance. • Successfully managed a team of 2 Recruiters to include, 1 Sr. Corporate Recruiter and 1 Corporate Operations Recruiter II. • Successfully managed more than half of the company’s open Corporate requisitions.
